The Corporation is organized for the folowing purposes: William H. Mullis Ministries, Inc. has been
established as a non-profit christian ministry for the express purpose of magnifying the life and work
of our Lord Jesus Christ, and such other purposed as are allowed by the Georgia Non-Profit
Corporation Code and the Internal Revenue Code of 1954. To accomplish this, it is the intent of this
organization to give guidance and instruction in the promotion and renewal of the christian faith to
those persons, groups of persons, or churches who desire our help. It is further understood that this
organization will teach, evangelize, exort, counsel, and guide willing persons by any and all means into
an understanding of the example and practice of the life of Jesus Christ as set forth in the Holy
Scripture.
